🗓️ Meeting with Karolis Raišys
🕐 February 24, 13.00-16.00
🏁 From Dakar to Monte Carlo – although the year 2024 has only just begun, the racer Karolis Raišys has already accumulated a whole year’s worth of impressions.
🏁 Car romantic, collector of impressions, sworn racer, architect Karolis Raišys has been connecting sports with culture, history and historic races for many years.
🏁 The beginning of 2024 for Karol began with scouting in the sands of Saudi Arabia, where the Dakar Rally took place. Here he participated with the mission of the Vilnius “Auto Museum” – to find out and tell the fans in Lithuania what cars and drivers are participating in the competition for classic cars.
🏁 As soon as he returned from Dakar, Karolis took part in the Monte Carlo Historique rally for the seventh time.
🏁 The magic of the seven worked perfectly – Karolis, who has already experienced almost all places in the top ten, took first place in the class and fifth place in the overall standings at this year’s Monte Carlo Historique.
🏁 Finally, the time has come to share all the impressions with die-hard racing fans.
🗓️ On February 24, the ambassador of Vilnius “Automuziejaus” Karolis Raišys will not only tell about the adventures he had in the sands of Saudi Arabia and the serpentines of the Alps, but will also organize a personal tour of the museum. Visitors will be welcomed by a new theme of the tour – historical racing cars.
